sunburn

ok...my skin is really creepy right now. (just a warning, if you are grossed out easily, or stuff, don't read the rest of this journal.)

ok. so i got a sunburn on thursday, and thank goodness it's healing!!! anyway, i just ran 3.1 miles, and sweated ond stuff. the sunburn on my arm had a layer of dead skin over it, so when i sweated it stayed under the skin. there are all these little white bubles of dead skin, and they look like blisters!!!! but, they're filled with sweat. ugh. *scrunches nose* weird skin.

:XD: ive done that before. Sweat actually helps it heal faster because it moistens the dead skin to speed up the process of removing it. That way your new skin can grow faster too :)

it looks like a bunch of white bumbs covering my arm. it's not gross.....except when they "pop" and a sweat bubble comes out. ><
